Default removing plastic trim panels off doors

Does anyone know how to remove the plastic trim panels off the middle of the doors? Are they glued on or clipped on? When i say the trim panels I mean the ones below the door handles.

they might have a screw that holds all the panels together, check in the door jams first to see if there's anything like that there. If there are screws it should only be like 1 per side or even just one total. That panel with the screw(s) {if they even have any, can't remember} will be like the keystone one, all the other panels will be held in by/around that one. Either way make sure the car is warm (interior temperature not engine) so that the plastic parts are softer, and less likely to crack, and use a plastic wedge, not a screwdriver to pry up the panels. If you don't have a wedge specifically try using like a plastic putty knife or even a plastic/silicone spatula. Don't forget all the patience.
