Theres two sponsors that can do it. Quy and Peter from Nextmod both offer powder coating services, its much better then just paint and costs more to. check out the sponsor section

Do they do it in-house or send it out?

Quy does it in-house and his work is second to none!

Peter has it done through someone else as far as I know. Heres the post:

Malcolm's right about Quy's work, its legit and I think he charges around $450. I want to get my rx8 wheels done in gold or black, maybe next summer.

    +1 for powdercoating gabe!

Usually powdercoating (w/aluminum) is a specialty bodyshop service which only some bodyshops do.

I've never had it done personally, but I've heard of Peter at nextmod before, and he throws a good meet

thanks Peter for letting me crash last week
