Last year when I turned 25 TD offered me $160/month for full coverage which i happily accepted...
So i would suggest you to call them and ask for a discount...

Well, only discount I could think of is an Alumni discount. If a school you went to is associated with them, you could get a discount.

Example: Johnson -> Seneca Alumni discount

Other then that, I have no idea what discount it could be.

Update: I've been paying $243 (~2900/yr) since my second year with Belair started back in May.

Sadly, little guys need to have great financial backing to compete with the big boys. Reasoning because, if the margin of price is too great, the big boys would do whatever it takes to bring you down. Refer to Globalive as an example in the telecomm industry.
