well, it may happen today (tonight after kids in bed)... I'm going to finally hook up my amp and oldskool American Crunches. Let's see what all the hype is about needing to use a LOC. My amp has speaker level inputs, LPF and gain built in. Then I'm going to investigate putting to use some spare LEDs in the drink holders in both centre and doors, then maybe some "puddle lights" on the bottom of the door panel and foot well glow.

then pics will come. I guess I better search on how to remove the door panels....

I ran my sub with high level inputs directly into the amp. I can't comment on the sound quality because I don't have a comparison, but had no issues with it working.

I washed my car last Saturday. Went out on Sunday to pick up some Bug and Tar Remover (had some sap on my door that had hardened) and found bird poop on my hood. They do aim for us.

Today - I fixed my stereo!

My car was broken into in NOVEMBER and they ripped the wiring. I fixed the wiring, and now have a 4 speaker stereo (as opposed to 1.5 speakers (one was working... but sounded bad) Now I have my old PunchP1 in a cheap sealed box with my old 150 watt (RMS) Pioneer amp.

Provides enough kick... for now.

Flipdaddy came over this evening and worked on my 2010 hatch. Good times. Thanks for your help on the car... and for the conversations. I think all the kids had a good time too.

At least now you know how to take apart the front bumper and headlights of the 2010 models.
