Plasti dipping rims/ rear bumper?!?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I almost picked up 2 cans of blue too. But it's the darker blue. Its ugly

The HH at Bridlewood mall (warden & finch) has 3 cans red, 1 black, 2 clear, 2 yellow. And a bunch of the dip cans. If you want blue, they have 4 dip cans. No blue spray

no, white they can order anywhere. No where else sells blue or yellow because they are discontinued.

On top of that, the blue that I saw is not the same bright blue that I wanted.

Nope lol, had the last can of white spray in my hand as I types that lol. Also had a can of black.

I found a couple places with yellow, warden/finch and hwy7 in Markham. If anyone wants yellow or blue let me know and I'll keep an eye out for them. I told some of our PM's to be on the look out for it when they're in HH's. I'll post up if they find any lol. Working for a Reno company really has some fun advantages lol.

if the plasti dip is kind of matte finish, could one use regular spray paint over the plasti dip to get better colors then we are used to?

Not sure, but I'm going to try doing some, for lack of a better word atm, pinstriping after I plastdip my winters. Just need to decide on a colour combo .

Yes, I think that's the blue that Soyabean is looking for, but the other blue posted is a darker blue, and I don't think it looks that great. I saw the blue dip yesterday, and the colour marking on it was brighter than the blue on that spray cap.

^On their website, I only see 1 blue. Maybe the lighter one is being phased out.

it def was the pressure washer... a gas one with 2500 psi how would anyone think thats smart (especially a few inchs from the car).

I no this is a little off the topic of rims but i used the plasti dip on my car interior plastic pieces and they turned out seriously OEM look. i just picked up leathers from a wrecker and had to paint a few beige pieces black and its a perfect match, even with the clean coat. the stuff is so durable to.... i tryed scratching it with a nail , screw and such and no go.

im doing the rest of my biege interior to complete the change over to black with this stuff.

I may do my roof a funky colour this winter. Maybe yellow lol. ...... might be a little difficult with the sunroof..... maybe i'll spray it too lol

But I'm doing my stock 5 spoke for sure hopefully this weekend
