used to pay 340 for my cavalier with 1 ticket for suspended license but i was never served... judge didn't buy it even tho the cop that gave me the ticket said he was serving me for the first time. now the ticket's gone so clean record

If you're young, you name it, it will be more expensive. However, as mentioned above, I am in my father's policy, in addition to a G license, I do not live in Toronto. Hamilton does not belong to the Greater Toronto.

until i got my 3 i was driving an 86 olds, 22L/100km, payin $145/ mnth for liability only.

what i save on gas pays for my car and the insurence increase.

Ticket's stay on your record at the ministry for 2 year's, insurance 3 year's. To the guy with the 5km over - no matter if it's 5 or 20 it's still counted as a minor ticket so ya fight it.

OUCH!!! young driver that's why! what mid boggles me is that a new driver over the age of 25 gets a lower rate then a new younge driver when they are some times just as, if not more inexperienced then a young driver...

Yeah its pretty painful , 440 a month plus 200 on gas. Luckily my parents help out a little.
And yeah its ridiculous that just because of age they get lower payments.

I think location changes the cost of your insurance. That what I was told. Not sure if it's true, but I dont see why it wouldnt be true.
Your car is more likely being hit in a more populated area and on a main street than in the country.
But I could be incorrect.

FYI: I used to live in Loretto on County Road #1. lol
