Definitely takes more than an hour if you want decent results.
Yeah, You bought the "Quixx Head light restore" crap right?
This one is fantastic, you sand down, and then buff out. It comes with everything you need save for a power drill, microfiber cloth and spray bottle.
Come to AA, you can check it out for yourself there.
Yup, used it on my buddy's car too.
This kit takes time, however, it is well worth it. I spent maybe 3-4 hours doing mine (I did take some breaks and went inside a few times to cool off). One thing I will say, make sure you either have two fully charged batteries for your drill, or a corded power drill, because I went thru one battery, and we all know how long it takes for those things to charge. I had to borrow my neighbours' corded drill
This kit includes: sanding disc attachment for drill, buffing pad, 6x 500grit pads, 4x 800grit pads, 1x 3000grit foam pad, rubbing compound, finishing compound, masking tape.
You need to supply: power drill, microfiber cloth, paper towel, spray bottle (for wet sanding with 3000 grit), water for spray bottle.

As promised
BEFORE
AFTER
For $30 +tax, I have to say it's badass!!!
Took me about 2.5-3 hours but that's because I rushed it and had to wash the car afterwards.
For those that will be trying it - take your time and go through all the discs. I rushed through it today and admit it would probably have been more beneficial to take my time.
Also - double up on the masking tape. 2 strips over AND double lap.
The weird thing is - You don't really see a huge improvement until the very last step.
Plasti dipped my speed spoiler, and washed and waxed my wife's sonata between coats

Like Dave said it's easy
First thing is remove the 2 screws
Then start to pull the door out where the arrow is pointing (the only spot you can grab a hold of with out using any tools) as you start from their go across the bottom then once you get to the top slide it up

Ya man I am running them off my deck... My 10" sub is the only thing powered by the amp.
When I first bought my car I had cheap pioneer 10" sub and amp.... I finally finished upgrading my stereo.
I upgraded my factory deck to a Alpine deck then upgraded my amp to Alpine amp and upgraded my sub to a cerein vega sub in a custom fiber glass box we built to sit on the side o my trunk to give more trunk space and now Alpine door speakers.
I can't believe the sound difference it makes by not cheaping out again lol
what size are the door speakers? 5x7?
