I don't even swerve that much lol. Look far ahead and change lanes
My daily route I know which lanes are good which are bad and where everything is.

^ thats another thing, once you know roads like me in pickering you know what lanes and where things are!

LOL better than mine too. Just getting around to organizing the pickup by Curbed.ca
I think because you've got a white car, you're always going to have trouble exposing the wheels properly without blowing out the white. Needs some flashes on the wheels.
Talked to a few non Mazda peeps about doing hella flush on our cars. All of them agreed that we should be running a minimum 18" with a 8" to 9.5" setup. Also the Mazda 3's fender doesn't flare out as much so it's much harder to achieve the hella flush look.
Dave is it not possible to get ur car lower??? like .25 -.50' and ur car would be perfect IMHO. its sits mint right now but a little moar low would be baller.
I know BC has the extreme drop kit but u could have Swift make u a custom set of springs (just supply them with the mesurments and spring rate u want)http://www.swiftsprings.com/ than replace ur bc springs with the new ones. unless bc can make a shorter spring...
I love the hellaflush/agressive fitment scene but have no balls to do it on my car. plus for me function>form
Fastest 1/4 = 14.3 @ 101.6, 2.3 60ft. bone stock.
I think he does have the extreme drop kit.

i believe he was the one who co created it with BC lol
and he could go lower but hes chooses not to because he has no issues right now and if he went lower he would need to buy more stuff and doesnt feel like putting the money into it currently .... or something like that
I have the extreme drop kit as well and I can see that it's not necessary to get a shorter spring if you only want to go 1/2 an inch lower. If you remove the 2 locking collars on the front I think you might actually get a little more then half an inch. With the height bottomed out they're useless anyways. The back can go way lower so that's not an issue.

I think Dave's exhaust is also something to consider. Watching him roll out yesterday, it looked WAY lower than the skirts or bumpers. IMO, his stance is a great combo of form and function
Basically all of the reasons I have not gone lower are listed above lol.
Removing the lock rings is an option but if I am going to go to the trouble of taking apart my front suspension I would rather do it right and get shorter springs however there is some debate as to what rates and length will get me where I want to be. Also my winter tires rub at my current height over bumps (I do NOT lift my car in the winter) to the point where I have holes in my liner. If I were to go lower (again the not raising thing) I would have to do some modifications to the pinch weld in the fender.
The rear is actually maxed out with all rings and such intact, again I could run spring only no adjusters but I really like to run my suspension as manufacturers intended.
My exhaust is kind of an issue the muffler is currently angled up from something I hit in the winter lol, I could get it hung a little higher though.
My goal over the winter is to shoot off some emails and figure out what can be done to get that extra 1/2. It was a bit of a kick in the teeth to help BC with the R&D of the extreme drop kit (one of the first) pay the $350 for the new parts then find out they sold it as a kit later.
What can you do though right?
Coles:
-Dave's broke.
-Dave wants to keep is adjust-ability
Adjusters are on the top. I was actually kind of surprised my rear didn't got lower either.
That explains it. I hope BC sends you the new style rears and helps you out with the fronts. The backs have been a pain to adjust though. I've adjusted them 3 times now and it still doesn't sit where I want it.
I thought the top was the new design and the bottom was old? As the on the bottom you can't adjust as easy.

lol...Yeah you're right. I don't know why I was thinking mine were on the bottom, need some sleep. They must have changed the rear spring when they put together the extreme drop kit.
Yes the old ones are the bottom adjustable sets and the new one is the top omes
