Extended Warranty

I'm purchasing a 2007 Mazda 3 Sport GT. Dealer is offering me an extended warranty 4-year bumper-to-bumper for $2,800. The warranty is from FCPP (First Canadian Protection Plus).

Does anyone have any experience with this type of warranty? If so, good or bad?

FCPP is a good warranty, but it is not bumper to bumper.

Also, it has a deductible... ask your dealer

There are different coverages. The Ultimate Wrap, for 4 years, 80,000 km, at $2,800 is what I am looking at.

It looks like it's pretty thorough coverage. If you have more thoughts, I'd really appreciate the insight. I need to make a decision by Monday.
