If you dont mind (without me having to read through 6 pages of mods) can you tell me what you did to your rear lights to turn them red?? is it vinyl? if so how can I replicate that.

Yeah the red tails are lamin-x. I bought it from sechemedia.ca and applied it myself. It's really easy to do, and there's some tutorials and junk on youtube. It's the same stuff I have on my fogs.

No updates yet (still not done painting my winters LOL!) but I have some happy news.
I have been offered an apprenticeship working as a carpenter. Starting pay would be more than I am currently making, and a friend who works for the same company says he gets paid VERY well. I have some experience in framing, but always preferred detail work, so this is going to be right up my alley. I'm really excited for the new opportunity!
So, hopefully soon this thread starts hopping

p.s., wheels WILL be finished and mounted this weekend

They're not perfect, but it turned out much better than I expected and I learned a lot about painting and prep. I feel a lot better about trying a DIY paint job on my BBS wheels over the winter
