$179 with TD insurance. Age 23 primary driver living in London with G license, rate discounted for being an alumni of the University of Western Ontario.
This thread is useless unless the replies include locations too!
Here in Wpg Max merits 33% discount 200 deduct all perils TPL 2Mil lib insur, Lose of use, are you ready under 120 a month
I'm paying about $270/month for my wife and i to be in brampton with the personal insurance co. this covers my 2011 GX and 2004 GT. this is liability and collision. if there are any engineers here, OSPE members or PEO members get a pretty good discount there.
Students get a pretty good discount at TD depending on what school they went to. i was looking to switch over there because their bundle with home insurance was a little better.
Primary driver, full coverage, no tickets *knock on wood* located in Montreal and I pay around 98 bux a month
I'm in Brampton (I've been told it's horrible for insurance)
31 years Old, Married - Bundled w/ house & wife's car
G for 5 years
1M Liability, $500 deductible
$175/month - includes some optional stuff, which could bring it down to around $160/mo
I'm going to be looking around to see if I can get a better deal elsewhere
I currently pay $190/mo on a 2012 Mazda3 Sport GS-SKY for 1 million liability, $500 deductible, bundled with tenant insurance through TD Meloche Monnex (University of Toronto Alumni discount).
I'm 24 living in downtown-ish Toronto (Beaches area). G-class license since 2004. One at-fault accident on record nearly 7 years ago (early 2005), no tickets.
My first insurer 2 years ago cost me $320/month for a 2008 Honda Civic Coupe DX-G. I put up with that for about a year then switched to TD which dropped my insurance down to $260/mo for the same car. Just bought the Mazda last month and now its down to $190.
I drive around a lot in the downtown core for work, so I pretty much have to designate my Toronto address for my insurance. I have a few friends who put their parents' addresses (more suburban areas like Newmarket, Richmond Hill, etc) and get pretty significant savings.
Got my renewal papers. Good news!
OLD: $249.90, NEW: $231.91
Good stuff.![]()
33, Married with a kid, insurance bundled with house and paying $204/mo for Mazda 3 GT Sedan MT in East York. I am looking at picking up a 2012 GTI 5-door and the quote is LOWER THAN THE MAZDA!! What gives?? They quoted me $150 for the GTI. Something is wrong with this picture when a car worth about $10K more MSRP is 25% less on insurance costs.
no not to high same happen to me with 2 tickets
I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this company, buy you should definitely check them out.

2012 3 Sport SKY MT6. $133/month. Could have it for $124, but added some things and plus 3% interest for monthly payments. That's full coverage with lowest deductibles.
