I think its just some guys artist rendering of Toronto. At the bottom left you can see the top of the CN tower which fell off. Reminds me of the TV show "Life after Humans" on discovery.

Honestly though, I've only been away from the city for a bit over a year and yeah, I kinda still call the Skydome, ACC.
