Nice! What do you think of the towing capabilities?
I'm pretty sure I saw you going towards Toronto on the 401 on Saturday around 6:30pm.

Plenty of torque from the 2.3L to tow a utility trailer. I'd be more concerned with the tongue weight of the trailer/load as you can see from the pics, the rear suspension sags.
Did I have the Uhaul trailer attached? If so, it was me as I was heading back from the cottage.
Have the week off and decided to tackle another cottage project. Needed to get materials and supplies from HomeDepot to redo the roofing on a wood shed. Tried to book a 5x8 Uhaul open trailer but got a enclosed cargo trailer instead due to a mix up by Uhaul. I was worried about the additional weight of the cargo trailer over the open trailer.
No big deal in the end. Cruised at 80-90km/h in the right hand lane on the highway.
I love my car!

i wish my hatch looks as hot as this...so jelly
LOL.....it looks like you needed the uhaul trailer to lug around one case of beer!![]()

Very nice!
do you think adjustable / stiffer rear shocks would compensate for the tongue weight?
That is one clean blue hatch! How good does she pull that trailer?
love this car! so hot!

Looks great! Rims look goood on the colour!!
Thanks Ryan! I've never been to MoM.
I have Mazdaspeed (Accessory) rear shocks with Racing Beat springs. Seems like the stiffer combo helps out.
She pulls great for its class. An enclosed trailer loaded with approx 400lbs of material is approaching its limit in terms of capacity. However, an open utility trailer with a lighter load is no problem at all.
