Sun Visor Clip broken

I had the sun visor clip (holds the visor in place) break on my driver side and wondered if it has happened to anyone else. This is my third Mazda3 (2011, 2010, and 2004) that this has happened , I would have thought engineering would have fixed it by now.

every spring/summer i just leave sun visor un-clipped. i only clip it back in fall/winter.

You must be doing something wrong. 10 years of driving 5 different cars, daily use of the visor...Never had a clip break. Ive had my Mazda for almost a year now and no problems with it. Try being a little gentler with it.

Or maybe just remove the broken piece and dont replace it if you cant play nice...lol..

this also happened to me too, i think its likely because of cheap plastic. after this happened i just traded it with the passenger side one until i decide to buy a new one.
