Detailed version
Like many people I found Mississauga Mazda after Tiffany became the service manager there and had been happy with the service levels provided by her and her staff. Long story short a good opportunity presented itself at Oakville mazda with more skilled/experienced technicians and service staff and Tiffany accepted just prior to the announcement that Mississauga Mazda is soon to be no more and will eventually switch over to Honda in the upcoming months.
So I like many in the Mississauga area was left looking for a new place to service my Mazda 5 and Mazdaspeed 3. Given my MS3 is not completely stock, I was disappointed at the prospect of having to start from scratch and find a dealer that knows the car hasn't been tracked and isn't flogged on a regular basis or at all.
Jason (dealer principle) at Oakville Mazda answered my question and let me know that his dealership had the smarts to welcome Tiffany to their team as their new service manager. I booked an appointment the other day for this afternoon to have my oil change done.
The drive is a wee bit further then what it was before but it was worth it for the fast, friendly, quality service we received. They got me in and out in timely manner and were kind enough to point out a few installation errors i made with a few of my mods so that I could fix them. So if you're looking for a dealer because of the mississauga mazda ordeal, or live in the area and aren't completely thirlled with your current service i'd highly recommend checking out oakville mazda.
Short version.
Suprisingly even better then what i was accustomed to. The dealer owner welcomed personally and tiffany and her team did a great job. Great job and i will be going there from now on.
