I got them of ebay last year. I'm from BC but they're from a seller in Ontario. FYI, the user Aitch with the purple 3 in this same thread has the exact same rims. I advised him on the the ebay seller so he may know exactly where you can get them there locally.

They have a shop in Vaughan, and if you contact them directly I'm sure you could see if those rims in stock (there are non on eBay at the moment) or ordering them in, or what other rims they have.

haven't noticed any noise yet...keep in mind that i have the stock mazdaspeed exhaust and it is louder then the regular 3 exhausts...and there is still enough life on the tread for another season..
i believe they stop making them (452's) and changed to 453's but i could be wrong

Nope but I would go with troubles. If you get the K-Tunes the painted spokes and lip will make the rim look smaller visually.

It was never an option until the 2010's came out. I had it done when I installed the tips.

But for some reason still lean towards the polished aluminum look.

I can get the 18"s Volks like the one's on Raghtal's 2010 3 that he posted above for $1K NIB from my bro in law. Problem is I like the TE-37s but haven't priced those yet so I'm not sure which way to go.

I've got 19's of these Ikons on the 2nd from left (black) 3 in this pic on my A4. I like these, saw someone else with a 1st gen 3 with them on his car but I think the 19s would be too hard a ride on the 3.

Really? I think red gives it a nice pop and works nice as an accent color. But thats just me. I prefer dark calipers on neutral colored cars, like grey.

It's just personal preference. I don't like calipers to pop at you. I like them to blend with the rim and have accents that are noticeable. Just me, I prefer the subtle look. As long as you like them, that's all that matters. I do love your rims though. Beautiful.

Nothing crazy for my rims as of yet.....Just some powder coated black Mazda 16's for winter (two of which I need to put back on now that they are repaired thanks to Union Rim) and two of my OEM 17's which will all be powder coated the beautifull color of Chelsea Blue in the next week or two. (Yes Chelsea blue, as in my fav team from the EPL that needs to get their asses back in the game....LOL)

hahahah lol...I know, I should have parked the other way and taken pic from that side! It's all good, coldness snapped the eyelid when it got caught on a rag I was using and that stupid bumper has a busted clip underneath so it keeps popping out. Plus the fact that that side haedlight is aftermarket not OEM (thanks to original owner) it keeps breaking the clip. I'm want new headlights this spring/summer anyway so a few more months of pushing the bumper back in when ever I notice it popped out doesn't matter now.

Hey Biz I would love to see a machined face and then the rest of the rim in black or grey but I don't think that would be easy on the curved RX8 spoke.

Personally, I like the colour you have now but it might blend to much with your 2010. Depends if you want stealth or not. If not I suggest a chrome blue, I think it would pop on the grey colour of your 2010. ie.

Nothing crazy for my rims as of yet.....Just some powder coated black Mazda 16's for winter (two of which I need to put back on now that they are repaired thanks to Union Rim) and two of my OEM 17's which will all be powder coated the beautifull color of Chelsea Blue in the next week or two. (Yes Chelsea blue, as in my fav team from the EPL that needs to get their asses back in the game....LOL)

i have 16" 16X 5 Progege rims for winter, and my rear is FD 16" reinforced... 16X8 Was running all 4 protege rims, but weather was getting nice so i thought id go hybrid... Winter rims front all season back LOL

I'm waiting for my Kuhmo KU31s and silver MSR 065s (225/40/18) to come in next week. I picked up an 05 3 GT hatch last summer since my wife took the A4 Quattro for work. :-(

I was originally going for the Ruff Racing R310s and was recommended Falken ZE912 225-40 ZR18 Tires but the R310s won't be available for a few months and I heard the Falkens wear very quickly.
I'm lowered on Eibach Pro Kits and KYB GR-2 shocks with Stopteck ceramic pads and EBC cross-drilled and coated front rotors.

Will post a pic or two once I'm done.
