ah yes the magic of gopro HD. even got its plate numbers which vaguely represents 4674090. if this was a hit and run this would be solid identification.

Video made me nervous, he was going pretty fast in the door zone. Sucks.

I'm very cautious when I enter intersections. I used to get in the left turn lane and wait in the intersection to make a left (just like an ordinary car) on busy roads. I realized that is not such a good idea. It's like i'm a sitting duck waiting for someone to plow in to me.

Why did he start veering to the left as he entered the intersection?

Obviously the cars fault but just wondering what his intentions were. He veers before the car enters the intersection.

Totally thought it was going to be a door. That's why I stick to DH......much safer..........

I believe his intentions was, look, I'm coming in fast, I have the right of way and don't make me brake. So he pulls a bit to the left just to show his presence. But unfortunately I don't think the driver saw the him at all.

Me too I thought it was going to be a door or maybe a parallel parked vehicle pulling out or something.

actually I think he was getting ready to start merging into the right hand driving lane to go around the moving truck up ahead...then realized the guy in the Mercury wasn't stopping
