View Full Version : Car making a weird noise at the front

Hi, my car has been sometimes making a weird noise at the front of the car. I don't know how to trigger it but it is a Mazda 3 hatchback 2012 sounds like its behind the dash, dunno if its engine or something else but if i turn the car off, it still hums for a few seconds before it turns off.

It doesn't do it all the time just sometimes..

Where was the sound recorded from? Inside the car?

Yes it was recorded from inside the car

Could be the radiator fan staying on, which is normal when its hot out.

As a safe measure maybe get your cooling system checked out. Coolant, radiator, fans, make sure there are no leaks etc. If everything checks out then I'd just leave it. Prob nothing to worry about as jv3gt stated
