I've gain a lot of body fat.. too embarrassing to say but I am definitely overweight for my age..(no need to find out)
but I weigh around 230lb... :facepalm good to use the fat to build as muscles though.. just the motivation is hard part.

new gym opened up near my house though called Planet Fitness.. $10/month deal with very limited access..

lol that didn't come out right.. my bad... it's good to burn the fat and build muscle.. my main goal right now is jst to lose fat.. which makes me want to do HIIT which also gives other good benefits for me.. :)

Pay attention to how all the MT drivers walk funny at the next meet. :P Also, getting out of my car up north after a traffic filled Friday night feels wicked.

Lesson learned... To avoid the rush never try to go to a touch less wash between 10 am and 10 pm

Havent washed in 3 and there's so Much salt that my windows have a good layer caked on which does obstruct visibility at times partially from that one SUV driver that tried to pass me (I was doing 90) on that snowstorm a few days back and sprayed me with enough salt to completely) cover my windsheild for a good 2 seconds

3 days? I haven't washed mine in three weeks. Like what is the point honestly. Keep the windows close and wait it out after a bit. Not every three days.
