Anyone spot a white MS3 in Mississauga on Eglinton near 410. That was me! Getting pulled over for speeding and an improper muffler ticket.

Yes, an improper muffler ticket on a completely bone stock exhaust.

First time pulled over in 5 years of driving, more than 150,000 total travelled kms, and not only does he NOT reduce my ticket at all, but he gives me a second one.

I'm sorry to hear that cosic but I got pulled over on the 401 last night for speeding and I got a $50 ticket for going 110 KM/H !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm surprised I didn't see you there. I thought I did, but turns out it was someone copying you without the stickers and obviously not a custom plate.

I saw royo yesterday at markville (at least I think it was royo, blue sedan, tm3 plates) in the morning. And I believe on Monday as well.

Did you tell him you can show him the mazda logo stamped into the under side of the muffler?

Well, you'll get your chance in court. Take your car to a Mazda dealer and get them to write up on the dealer letterhead that your exhaust is stock and get them to print and sign their name. Also take some pictures from the back of your car showing your licence plate and then one under the car so you can see the logo on the muffler and one maybe partly out from the bottom so you can see the exhaust and that its the same car. Should be proof enough to get off that bogus ticket

Improper muffler could also mean a whole in the pipe, no cat, or exessive smog coming out.

But if you can prove there is nothing wrong by taking it to a dealer and having them write up that all is in check, you should have no problem getting that thrown out.
