Grey hatch, tints, rims(?), tm3 covers, fogs, lowered, nextmod decals, relocated front plate. Vaughan mills around 1:30pm today. Ride looks nice! Nice spot too lol, right near the door.

Yes, an improper muffler ticket on a completely bone stock exhaust.

First time pulled over in 5 years of driving, more than 150,000 total travelled kms, and not only does he NOT reduce my ticket at all, but he gives me a second one.

what a coincidence lol. Thanks still working on the car though nowhere near finished. Sadly in that same spot earlier today someone stole my dirty charm I had hanging under my car! (who does that these days?)

I'm surprised I didn't see you there. I thought I did, but turns out it was someone copying you without the stickers and obviously not a custom plate.

I saw royo yesterday at markville (at least I think it was royo, blue sedan, tm3 plates) in the morning. And I believe on Monday as well.

Well, you'll get your chance in court. Take your car to a Mazda dealer and get them to write up on the dealer letterhead that your exhaust is stock and get them to print and sign their name. Also take some pictures from the back of your car showing your licence plate and then one under the car so you can see the logo on the muffler and one maybe partly out from the bottom so you can see the exhaust and that its the same car. Should be proof enough to get off that bogus ticket

Improper muffler could also mean a whole in the pipe, no cat, or exessive smog coming out.

But if you can prove there is nothing wrong by taking it to a dealer and having them write up that all is in check, you should have no problem getting that thrown out.
