I'm proof
Well the difference is if you have a golf club or baseball bat, it's really hard to determine intent in that case. Unless you wield it in a confrontation, you're probably fine.
Then again, the only reason to have a weapon is to "use" it.
NO CREW
so what if im on the way up north, or to the gun range, and i have my firearms under my back seat? properly locked up, of course.
Just don't shoot anybody....
or wield it in a confrontation haha.
My buddy shoots bows; crossbows, compounds and traditionals... there are no restrictions on storage or transportation on them. He can have his crossbow sitting on the front seat with bolts at arms reach if he wanted lol. Kind of blows my mind.
For anyone preparing for the end of the world this December, do consider a crossbow as your weapon of choice. No license needed, ammo is reusable, intuative use. haha.
i never understood the crossbow thing. wouldnt the user be at a much higher risk of getting infected? i mean, you have bloody arrows in your hand, or right on your back

yup, non restricted guns only need to be unloaded for transportation, common misconception
however restricted guns have to be trigger locked and inside a locked case. so that is where that comes in
I bought neochrome lug nuts that don't fit my rims.
I also recently bought a Macbook Pro for my classes!
that sounds about right, i always keep my guns trigger locked at all times other then when im using them. im sure ive overdoing it, but i'd rather not find out the hard way.
hell, even my ammo is kept locked up.
you also need a permit to transport a restricted weapon. as cool as it would be to own a handgun, it's just too much of a hassle. and, you can only shoot them at a designated gun range.
at the very least you get pulled over for a traffic violation and get tased to shit when the officer sees that sitting there
I don't know about these rules that people are posting up here. but I don't own a gun or a crossbow (unfortunately) so I don't care. But someone once told me that you could get in some kind of trouble for simply having a baseball bat in your trunk and it doesn't look like you're out to play baseball..i.e. middle of winter, no glove or ball etc etc.
so crossbow and unloaded guns in the passenger seat just chillin'? I'll pass....
but you guys are welcome to test out the theory just make sure to get it all on video.
