Yup! I just did my etest yesterday. Compared to when I first bought the car (completely stock), my results were actually cleaner with my current setup.

I don't mind it, girlfriend hates it.

Cruising on the highway at 90-110km/h I hardly hear it (which is completely contrary to what I'd heard) but it's tough to keep the vibrations and noise down while accelerating haha. Might consider high-flow cats if I can confirm it'll help just to keep my girlfriend as happy as possible haha.

    haha nice nice

Yea I guess that's an odd surprise; most of the things I've read discuss excessive drone as well. And I can definitely see how you can start to grow a little bit of a heavier foot on accelerations with that kind of noise feedback.

See, for me I think it'll be the opposite. I don't want to be "that guy" blasting people with my obnoxious exhaust. So far I've found myself taking it a lot easier than before

    Lovin it!!

Okay so you might not be heavy footed (yet) but don't you love the poping when you get off the gas/down shifting.. Thats one of my favorite things about it.

I too have a Corksport SRI (thanks Darren), but I haven't made a vid with it and my Borla.. I did make one with my Injen CAI / Borla however so now I'm curious if I have a different sound coming out the rear, only one to find out

Again man nice sound, keep up the great work.. Your 3 is badass!!

Nice sound. I have a magnaflow, its comparable to yours. Some chick complained about my car (its so loud and annoying, why is it vibrating so much, why is it so bumpy and rough)... I directed her to the nearest bus stop.
I'll put down all my mods here so people will know how cool I am!

We should compare ours next time in person. I'm curious how much difference the race pipe makes.

I'm down. Do you think a high flow cat would reduce cabin noise at all?

I think it will be louder vs the stock cat. Allows more flow = louder sound.

I think what you want to do is replace one (or both) of the resonators with Vibrant Ultra Quiet ones.

It's just weird. From outside the car it's not loud at all, but from inside it sounds like you're gonna be blowing people's doors off. I'm probably just not used to my cat making any noise. Probably should just man up.

if you get a high flow cat, i find there to be more drone and much louder in the interior, but deeper sounding.

Boost the car. That brings down the exhaust sound a fair bit. Convince the GF you did it for her LOL.

I was that guy for a bit. HKS was loud and popped all the time.

Resonator made me not that guy lol.

Still pops just not as much and sets off fewer car alarms
