Yesterday (Sunday) 8:00 ish pm at the southbound service centre on the 400 just north of Canada's Wonderland, celestial blue Gen II sedan with tints, spoiler and TM3 plates.

Are you sure this car had TM3 plates? Because I don't and I was at that service centre yesterday around 8pm and I only have decals on both of my back windows.

blue, first gen hatch, black roof and tint, modded grill (debadge), black rims and maybe black hood (cant remember the rim colour or if hood was coloured). I feel like I've seen this exact car before.
