"It is amazing how many drivers, even at the Formula One Level, think that the brakes are for slowing the car down." -- Mario Andretti

Put all the o-rings on the Tial in the proper place? Double checked the bolts hold the main body together........guess you do have the leak checker....

Hey Loki,
You gotta stop playing around with the ride. The wife didn't look happy tonight. lol

tbolt clamps for such a small hose? just use a worm drive clamp, easily purchases at home depot!
Oh damn, that sucks. Oh well, I stopped reading the Speed section because according to certain people only speed owners are allowed to even look at that section.

Ahh Google is my friend.
yeh a broke the "made in USA" ones that came from cp-e

The cp-e flex hose is quite rigid and it is reinforced with wire. Not as flexible and easy to work with as the hks hose....
will try putting 2 clamps on that bitch tonight and if anything wrap some tape around the flange adadptor to beef it up a bit too to reduce the gap that needs to be clamped....
but I adjusted the hose and the clamp for about 45 mins and it leaked everytime.

that poor speed. always a PITA to make perfect

FYI, to those getting the new accessport direct from Cobb...it's USA made and they just sent me the NAFTA form for it, so if you order you can avoid playing the 6% duty on them.

guys with the wide path intakes... is there a way of having it without having to buy the small battery tray?

How wide are you going? The HTP setups seem to fit much better than the Gen 1 JBR 3.5" WP.
Edit: Can't speak for the new JBR intakes.

3'' WP you don't "need" one but I have heard that the BNR pushs the intake further to the driver's side so I would get a Slim battery tray if you plan on doing the turbo upgrade and wider intake.

I see, I was planning on using the JBR 3" wide path. battery tray is only 155 after shipping not a big deal, but if I could have avoided it I would have lol. guess ill have to add that to the list!

BlueStreak has a gt3071and a 3.5 widepath with stock battery box and ecu relocated. So does fywdyl
