Allrighty. Going to pull the trigger on msds header today or tomorrow. Just wondering if i should get rid of the racepipe and toss in a highflow cat/put the stock cat back on or if ill be fine with the racepipe @Kiyomi @Hyperion

Well, if you get the headers, you will have no catalytic converters. So you will have to get a high flow cat, either from another source, or from corksport, which is what I did. You have to ask nicely from corksport so, as they do not sell that item usually.
Running just a race pipe & 2 resonators, if you are on a cork sport exhaust, is just stupid loud
Modifications? I've forgotten more than I remember. Click here for the list.

I would also highly suggest buying two new o2 sensors from rock auto, it will save you the trouble of trying to take your stock ones out of your stock headers. Much worth it

Why would you buy aftermarket performance parts, and then restrict it was a stock cat.

thats up to u. either way, your gonna have to relocate your second o2 sensor behind the secondary catalytic converter, and move the primary down to the lower bung on the msds header, that is the only way to fool our ecu. also it would be good if you got a new exhaust gasket, also up to you. other than that, its all bolt on. the hastle of making the bung for the o2 sensor in the stock catylitic converter, and buying an aftermarket part for flow, it might be worth your while to just get a high flow cat from cs first time round. the cars loudness will also go up x2.

ive also been doing alot of research as to the differences in length of piping in the header and intake. from what ive been told and read is that the longer the piping, the better the top end will be (moves the powerband upwards). from what i can see, the msds is not a shorty nor a long tube header, more like a mid length, so its good all around. from my datalogging, with the msds header and sri, the engine begins to starve for air after 6500 which makes some sense. theoretically, by adding more tubing in the header or intake, air flow velocity/exhaust scavenging should increase and will help in the higher rpms. will be doing some testing on intake piping length to see the differences in the coming months. just babbling on. yay your getting a header lolz.

@Kiyomi do you know if the stock cat mounting bracket will line up with the msds one? If so imma just gunna weld the mounting bracket from the stock cat onto a universal high flow cat

it bolts right up to the high flow cat from cs. so hopefully that can give you a gauge of where it mounts up to.

what exactly are you asking? for mine, i got 2.5' piping welded to the high flow cat with a flange which connects directly to the msds flange.

I was asking what size inlet of the high flow cat i should get. I was thinking a 2.5" cat but wasnt sure if i had to match it with the size of the corksport exhaust. Or if i should get bigger so i can slide it over the cs exhaust and use the clamps instead of getting it welded.

Its 60mm (2.36") wide so im thinkin a 2.5" cat so itll slide over the cs side, allowing me to use the exhaust clamps.

    Make sense? Kinda? Lol

yeah that probably will work. ud need to use high temp exhaust sealant and the clamp, or welding is not the worst option either.
