Blue Gen 1 hatch. Tm3 plates, looked lowered and had HIDs. Driving down Victoria Road in Guelph and I passed you while you were waiting to turn at Grange. I was in a Gen 1 grey sedan.

Likely me. I'm the only blue gen 1 hatch I've seen around that's lowered with hids. There's one or 2 others but all stock
