It's loud but cruising it's quiet. Decel drone around 3500rpm is loud as there's no midpipe resonator. Metal converter on dp and rp.

Got these from Amazon for around $67 USD

16 spline lug nuts with key and 4 lock nuts with key. Need 2 keys to remove each wheel now!

    We'll see...

Still busy dealing with the move but at least, I hope, my wheels won't get jacked when I shop at Walmart here in the south

You must be rolling in the dough. I can't bring myself to buy a Mastercraft box because I don't want to fork out all the money yet and it's on sale too.

I always wondered, if you mechanics change jobs, how do you move your tools? Hire a truck and fork lift?

My buddy did it, took most of his drawers out, and loaded the box laying down on a trailer.

most times, the tool truck will move it for you if you have a good relationship with them, and especially if you happen to have a job on their same route

it can be done in a pickup truck...but thats a tonn of weight, and will bend you box...(been done)

but if theirs a will, theirs a way. even empty, these boxes weigh a crapload

I bought these wrenches some time in May; 5/16" thru 1-5/8".
Came in handy on old trucks and especially when all of my pullers/presses are imperial.
For tools, you usually get what you pay for. The alloy steel of my Snap-on wrenches are harder than the steel used in my hub & bearing puller and have carved into the tool's hardened pressure screw.
They are forged for a lifetime of hard service.

I wish! But, sadly, it was partially on borrowed money, including from a rather generous better half.
Sometimes, I feel like I'm her concubine and she's my sugar mama.
These are some of the purchases spread over the past 4 weeks or so.
FYI: my latest paychecque was less than $1'000. So this trade is not really a money-maker, for the most part.

Automobiles. Was looking for the CJ2000SB set since last year, but not willing to drive to Colorado to pick up a beat up and repo'd puller set for a deal.
More recently, I've been rebuilding gearboxes and have had to pull the gears from the shafts.

@bubba1983 is right. Usually, technicians will want to have their regional tool dealer (Mac, Snap-on, Matco) to move the boxes, depending on their repertoire.
Tool boxes of this capacity are transited with the tools in them. For me, I had to hire a flatbed and use a lot of cargo straps.
This box is rated to carry 8'000 lbs., so there are no other alternatives aside from a tractor trailer + insurance.
