I'm out for a bit. Pre-thanking most of @loki's future posts for now.

I would arrive at class later (than her) and then attempt to sit beside her, then take the opportunity to talk to her (about assignments, topics, maybe even work on one together)
waiting for after class. but then again i want to be smooth about and not make it stupid obvious.
Something ive sucked at many times no matter how subtle i try to be.
They say I'm an addict but I don't have a problem with alcohol or drugs. I'm an addict because I can't live without bass. Car audio is my addiction. And it will never change.
took me longer than it should have to understand that^
Sounds like you're doing great in this course....
Best to say hi on the first day of classes when nobody knows anyone. If you're nice enough and say hi, she might sit beside you each time you have that class together.
Although don't listen to girl advice from a Mazda forum lol
Agreed!
Also, the "hi" thing usually won't work in a class setting. You have to use a line like "hey, do you know what time the exam is for this class?"
But every girl is different, just easier to start a conversation that way and doesn't feel as creepy because you don't feel like you're being hit on![]()

But seriously, using a line or something is usually better than just a hi because saying hi doesn't give them much time to respond, and not much to respond with either, unless you've been like eye'ing each other.
Guys need to be less worried about being shut down and just go for it. Even if they don't respond in the way you would have like, its building the courage to do it, and honestly you still probably made that girls day.
Here's what I've found. I've been rejected many of times and it sucks. But some women can be cruel about it. I've had a few experiences where a chick pretends just to get things. And not actually want anything from it. But going for it isn't a bad idea either. Never know until you try. Even if it's a no be like alright try again and so on and so forth.
