Exactly lol so just keep it slammed fack it. Or don't. That way my car looks lowered. I took it to Hamilton today. I'm pretty sure I hurt it a bit.
They say I'm an addict but I don't have a problem with alcohol or drugs. I'm an addict because I can't live without bass. Car audio is my addiction. And it will never change.

Seriously you couldn't find a mechanical engineering job in the GTa?

Get a year or 2 under your belt and I'll keep an eye out for you

That's the plan I definitely don't intend on staying here for more than 2 years...hopefully

Honestly, I could have gotten something, but not in the automotive industry (where I have all my experience in), and the pay wouldn't have been as good as here. Not to say it's that good here, but still. I figure some experience at the headquarters of an OEM would likely be beneficial to me down the road. At this stage in my life, gotta follow wherever the opportunity is. These guys here were sort of a sure thing, in terms of being hired, as opposed to keep waiting it out for an opening in the GTA, that not only would be a decent-ish job, but would be one I was somewhat qualified for. Gotta make some temporary sacrifices in hopes of it paying off in the future.

And as much as I absolutely hate it down here, its kinda nice to do the whole independence thing. I mean, I had lived alone for school and coop terms away from the GTA too, but was still in the same province This is a whole new adventure.

Had some gorgeous weather here yesterday, so figured I'd go out and get familiar with my new toy (camera).

    Would've been much nicer if:
    a) I knew what the hell I was doing with this thing
    b) Had a nice car to shoot

I'd also like to mention how much I love post-editing. I can make the car look almost un-faded again! lol onto the pictures..

    Looks happier than a Gen2:

Compared to last Spring, feeling like a 4x4 now, ready to haul some trailers:

This would probably look pretty good with actual wheels:

    Winter-mode booty:

Where dem leaves at? Might look better in Fall:

    Was really some nice weather:

Agreed haha though in hindsight, if I was more patience and thought out my mod plans a little longer into the future, I like would've held out and done both those things alas, much too late now. Just gotta ride the car out till it craps out completely.

Thank you kind sir! I feel sorry for your car in those streets as well. Although I also feel sorry for those streets, having your car tear them apart haha can't wait to see more updates on your ride!

Haha pretty much that. Instead of squishy mud though, its concrete. One of these days I'm gonna have to take a video of the entrance to my place. Its got more craters than the moon. And absolutely no way to avoid them all.

Alright, so following up on this. I took a few pics/vids since I went on a little walk today. I live now in an apartment complex where there's like a separate entrance off the main road. So these "road imperfections" are only what I have to go through from the main road to my parking spot. Unfortunately I couldn't get all of them, and missed out on two of the worst ones, because cars were going buying and I couldn't record those areas will have to get those later.

But anyway, onto the evidence of:
    1) why I will never complain about Toronto roads ever again
    2) why I'm forced to de-stance

This is what I have to deal with every time I enter/leave my place..

Merica has no money to fix dem roads.

Go low and feel the burn. Get some Vossen or Volks and feel the pain. You got nuttin' else to gain. Dress them up with some Michelin Pilot Super Sport and now your shoes are complete. Fitted and slammed is where this ride should be. Nuf said.

Yea haha. Quebec has similar roads. I was driving on this road with my cousin and hit this wicked dip in the road at 60. Pretty certain I hurt my bumper some more.

I've got this neat little contraption for my car, where I can...wait for it....manually adjust the height of the car! :O

So no, no lift kit (yet). Gonna raise it up again...till it lowers itself back down within a month Rinse and repeat I guess...

Everyone is lowering their car going from winter to summer....me?...raising
