I am with Belair and will be shopping for a new company when my insurance comes due. I'm on the far side of 40, live in Brampton, and pay about the same as you for my '08 Sedan GT. (I have the full package as well, and I can get significantly cheaper from at least three other outfits with about the same coverage)

Not true. Just because you pay the same as someone under 25, it doesn't mean that their rates aren't going to go down at age 25. You are likely a bigger risk for whatever reason. Maybe you have tickets or claims or different limits or deductibles? From FSCO's website:

Why $0 deductible? That's almost unheard of these days. Average deductible is $500. And what is auto comfort coverage?

BTW, fuller coverage would be $2,000,000 liability. The difference from $1mil to $2mil is peanuts. You should get the $2mil.

One minor speeding ticket. That's it. The issue is I drive a new car and live in a high risk area.
