Then I rather drive to blue than horseshoe. Horseshoe I feel like strapping in is a waste of time. Before you know it I'm at the bottom.

But blue is getting very boring the last few times I went out.

Agreed - I hit up horseshoe on Friday. Perfect conditions, sunny and no wind AT ALL. Snow was great, and it's not as busy and douchey as blue. lol

not sure bout HS but the blue park is pretty decent. pipe is nothing special at this point just like every other year. they have a nice medium and large jump, and 2 monsters near the end. the rail setups are real nice, some small mellow ones at the top and a few bangers as well. im dissapointed that pretty much the whole right side of the park has nothing on it... pretty much ends at the pipe

Yea the drive home was sketchy but well worth it, best conditions i've ever ridden at HS.

The run under the main lift had a section where no one went on and was just nice super floaty powder.

Yeah there were some pretty scary whiteout conditions on the drive home. I could barely see the car directly in front of me!

Horseshoe has a pretty decent park, and there pipe was up and running, didn't hit anything but a small kicker... the bf is still learning and didn't want him to kill himself just yet. HAHA.

i'm in need of a board. PM me with offers. i'm unsure if this post should be in the classifieds or here?!

looking to get a freestyle board. preferred brands (burton, salomon, ride). with bindings is a bonus. anything between 152cm - 156cm will be awesome.

your best bet is to try the classifieds (kjiji, craigslist) i think there's a lot of options out there for a cheap used board. i wouldn't limit yourself to burton unless you REALLY like it. too much limitation on bindings. unless you also REALLY like burton bindings. lol... i hate most burton bindings because of the toe cap.

    PM'ed you about bindings though.

I was up yesterday for some night riding at blue, the roads were a bit hairy on the way up but aside from being a little crusty the runs were ok. and it was completely empty. I think we did about 20 runs, in just about 4 hours, including a trip to get some bindings tightened up and hot chocolate

    Me Jealous!

I went to Glen Eden with my coworkers who are beginners. rode switch most of the time for the heck of it. the runs were a bit icy though since it rained on tuesday i think.
