If you talk to your insurance company they will tell you that no matter the points or not a moving violation will still affect your insurance by 5 percent each ticket..... I have 2 no points and my insurance is up 10 percent..... One of my tickets was off three days after my renewal and they didn't let me off pricks BELL AIR..... I know this is an old post just had to get that off my chest lol

I am in a similar situation. And they expect to jack your rates up right when you get convicted as well.

I've just switched over to AXA this afternoon and guess what, I've knocked off almost 600$ off my insurance!!!

Also, my protections are better: 2M$ civil liability and 0$ deductible whatsoever! Now, I'm only paying 55$ a month instead of 101.50$ when I was with Belair Direct. (ouch!)

iv got an 05 mazda 3 hatch. my payments started at 200/month 2 years ago and they will be at 170/month now. this is full coverage. no tickets or accidents on record. and i'll b 21 in 2 weeks.

I just got my G licence last March and they said my rate will go down this October...

I have a 2yr. Old daughter and my insurance company doesnt know about that...alot of my friends have been telling me that if i tell my insurance that you have a kid your rate will go down?

But i recently called my insurance..they said it doesnt matter if you have a kid or not..as long as your not 25+ it will not go down..

I guess thats true?
