    Thumbs up Front Emblem

I'm picking up my 2007 mazda3 hatch tomorrow, and I was thinking about taking the from emblem off.

Does anyone have any pics of what it looks like?

and how do you think putting Holden (car company from australia) emblems on?

im a little home sick, and would be cool to be driving around and knowing only i have them haha

    who cares???

as for putting in the new emblem.. I guess you could do it with an open mouth grill and just fix it to the mesh. Other than that not sure it would look good as the front grill has a cutout for the mazda logo

Of course people will know what it means. Not everyone knows what Axela means but some do.

Basically you want to badge your car a GM?

I say do whatever you want - its your car

I put an old Punisher skull emblem belt buckle on my old beater Camry. It fit snug and held in with JB Weld.

Anyone can do whatever they choose to do to their vehicles. Everyone has different taste, and to be honest that's a good thing or we'd all be driving around with the exact same cars. Lame. If suggestions are what you want, personally I'd say not to do it simply because a lot of people have negative things to say about doing that sort of thing and it'd save a lot of headaches. But if you could care less about if people like it or not, feel free man.

    lol this thread is redic.

I say represent home in a different fashion. Flag it up or something . My personal opinion is an emblem should only be on its appropriate car. You put on this emblem and people will think your trying to LOOK faster, pretend you have a better car, or you just don't know cars. Thus you wouldnt hear the end of it for a long time. Its out of the ordinary to put on a different brand emblem. People have done weirder things though.

That said do what you want, find it, buy it, play around with it and you'll figure out how it will work for you.

Funny story...I was driving home from work the other day and I saw a "GTI" behind me in my rearview mirror (badge was on the front, as usual)...shortly before i got home, he turned off and I happened to glance in the rearview again and what do I see? A sedan! Dude put a GTI badge on his jetta...smh

that being said though, OP is doing this to represent his homeland, not to look like he has a better/faster car...my suggestion though - get a decal or plate cover instead. It'll achieve the same thing without the flames (unless you don't care )
