it's interesting because options are nice, but fitting the EFR is likely problematic in our tight engine bay. 10lbs of shit in a 5lbs bag is often used to describe what we have to deal with.

Just tow the car to the dealership and buy a new motor and yes, we know you paid cash for your car so another 8g's won't kill you. As for for being a true brotha!!! I don't want to sound like a dick by saying this but respect the work other have put in before you. Be happy that people did put in the work before you. I don't want to re-tell the story of my Mazda6 and how I had to do everything on my own. Guess what shit breaks and you have to deal with it. I spend hours and hours reading MSF, TM3, M247, MR, all the forums. If you see what others do you will learn to understand why they did what they did in most cases. You mentioned monitoring for what type of spare plugs you are using. Well read up on spark plugs, not just on the mazda forums all the forums on every car. I for one an happy that others have blazed the trail before me, and I'm very respectful of that, because I was in there shoes once. This is why some people get pissed at the attitudes of others (not trying to single you out, you are by far not bad). Bottom line is if you personally don't understand what/when/why/how of modding your car don't do it.

Well obviously, I'm willing and trying to learn...educate me I don't see anything wrong with asking you guys for help and explanations of things. Searching the entire internet for answers is time consuming and can be quite misleading (wheat from chaff) as I've said a few times now. Share your knowledge so that I can make good use of it in the coming months of modding and then pass it on to someone else when they ask in the future
