Hey guys and girls,
What were your previous cars?
I drove a 1998 Mercury Mystique (V6) from 1998 to 2000, then I drove a 2000 Ford Focus ZX3 (with a Jackson Racing Supercharger) from 2000 to 2004. Now I got my Mazda 3. So far no regrets.

My first car was a red 91 Acura Integra GS coupe which I lowered, added an exhaust, headers and intake. Lots of fun even if it was an automatic! :D
My second car was a 97 Toyota RAV4...check it out here (http://rav4world.com/gallery/gallery0text/f2.html).

Aug. 2001- Sept. 2003 My baby..my 1992 Toyota Paseo. I loved that car. My little 5spd rocket.
Sept. 2003-August 2004- 2000 Cavalier Z24 which I traded in for my M3

i always wondered how ppl go through so many cars and when they do list as theirs whether they were in fact theirs.. but then again.. none of my business..
it\'s just that sometimes u go to a board (not only mazda) and you see ppl with at least 3 cars all \'04s or 03s maybe an \'02.. how do they do that? i don\'t bel.ieve EVERYONE is filthy rich.. oh well anwyay
first when we came to canada.. we had a 17yr old cadillac :D for 400 bux..
so i guess a 1976 caddie - its muffler was almost gone sounded like a tank but it had power seats .. power mirros and crazy tints :p
then there was the 1993 cavalier - it was pretty cheap at the time and got me learning to drive - and a speeding ticket
got rid of the cavalier and then came the 1999 GrandAm SE - i liked that car a lot.. but the AT was kinda boring, we put about 190K on it in 3.5 yrs and traded it in for the current 2004 Accord LX-G
umm still waiting for my first own car - the mazda3 :)
EDIT: i guess i keep thinking that everyone on the message oards is 16 or something - no offence guys - and i keep forgetting that if someone\'s in their 30s they probably have worked for 10yrs or so and that would be roughly 3 car cycles (every 3-4 years a new one)
Parents\' \'92 Buick Regal ever since I got my license at age 16. No other car in between, other than occasional driving the parents\' \'02 Honda Accord. Now it\'s all Mazda3 ... errr, okay maybe once in a blue cheese moon the parents\' \'02 Honda Accord if we\'re going out together.

Yeah, I still remember when I got it, barely. It had about 100 000 km\'s on it and needed body work badly, I don\'t know what the owner did to it but I didn\'t think it was possible for a car to rust that much in 5 years. I had the body all fixed up and got the tape player working properly (it cut out every time I went around a corner) and I was the man! I had some good times with that car, ahh the memories....
*funny story*
I\'d gone back to Waterloo for my second year and the car was in the shop because of transmission problems. The mechanic told my mom and dad that it wasn\'t worth fixing. They went to clean all my stuff out of it and they found this picture I\'d hidden in the glovebox of a stripper sitting on my lap at Tony\'s East. I was trashed, huge smile on my face and a handful of right titty. :) My old man still asks me what I ended up doing with that picture......

This is my first car....
But cars that I have driven before
My Mom\'s 1992 Subaru SVX LS AWD
My Brother\'s 1994 Acura Integra GS
My Dad\'s 1994 Subaru Outback Limited
My Brother\'s 2001 Lexus IS300 SportCross
My Dad\'s 2001 Subaru Outback H6-VDC
My Mom\'s 2004 Subaru WRX
Ya... Ssubaru runs strong between my Mom and Dad... My brother and I are Japanese Car fans... He likes Toyota, I like Honda.... But I am the sole owner and driver of a Mazda.... which will always have a special place in my life...
The 3\'s my first and only car. E90 330Ci next? I\'m only dreaming. :p
Cars I\'ve driven (test drives, learning, loaners, rentals) before my own:
04 Mazda3 Sport GT m/t - my own car :)
00 Corolla VE - first car I ever drove, learnt to drive in it
00 626 - learnt to drive stick in this one
04 Mazda3 Sport GS - first ever test drive
04 Mazda3 GS Sedan - loaner from dealer while I waited for my car - most fun I ever had driving! I finally had the freedom of a car!
04 Mazda3 Sport GT (auto) - test drive
04 Mazda3 Sport GT manual - test drive
98 Prelude SH - test drive / my dislike of Honda stems from here
04 Jeep TJ Unlimited - test drive
04 300C HEMI - test drive / most powerful car I\'ve driven
04 Crossfire - test drive
04 Liberty Sport - test drive
04 Mini Cooper - test drive
04 Corolla CE - drove as a rental
03 Lancer OZ Rally - friend\'s car - it\'s weird too...my friends tend not to let me drive their cars...I really want to try one of my friends\' 323Ci
I\'ve yet to drive a BMW. Closest I got was the Mini.
If I go home next summer I\'ll get the chance to drive my parents\' 04 ES300 and 99 Corolla.

Vibe was Alright.. Trix... back window was tiny and the dorrs were too high. The styling was so so... i didn\'t quite like the way the windows were shaped.
If you look at our 3 hatch, that back window is a simple triange and it gives the car this nice profile.

Yeah, people may seem it is, but the ride quality (from my test drives) of Mazda3 is far superior than the harsh ride of the RSX.
Not to mention that there\'s so many little neat things i\'ll be getting like auto lights, auto wipers, so much storage! Streering wheel mounted audio controls...
The only thing i\'ll dearly miss would be the 6 speed tranny. I won\'t miss the leather seats, but will probably miss the 6-in-dash CD changer.
Reason i went from RSX to 3 is \'cuz of high insurance. I\'ll be saving close to $2,000 a year just on insurance!!! :) And i won\'t have to fill the car with premium. :D

Oh, if i had the extra $10,000, i woulda probably gotten the TSX. Insurance for a year on TSX is about $300 more than the Mazda3, for me.
But i\'m still happy with the 3!

But personally I have owned/driven on a regular basis:
86 tercel wagon (the one with bank machine on back)
93 MX3 GS V6
91 Civic Wagon
96 Civic Hatch CX
98 Civic Hatch DX
2002 - 2003 - rented about every type of car under the sun.

Gotta love hatchbacks/wagons!!

Non-regular basis: Dodge Caravan (the Villager is a much better van), Grand AM, Corolla, 04 Buick Centry, 04 Chev Impala....

I had a 93 Mazda MX6 before the shiny new titanium 04 Sport GT.
It\'s surprising how \"similar\" the Mazda3 \"feels\" on the interior. That\'s the main reason I liked it so much... I know most of you will say \"WTF, the 2 cars are totally different\". I test drove a bunch of different cars before selecting the Mazda3, and I can say that the Mazda3 is the only one that gave me the same satisfaction in the driver\'s seat.
Almost 4000km and still loving it...

Wow, this brings back wonderful memories. The first was my grandad\'s \'73 Olds Delta 88 in which I learned how to drive. The second car which I inherited was my mom\'s old \'76 Plymouth Valiant, which I had nicknamed CHRISTINE( you figure that one out). Get the TSX. Really nice car. If I had the extra $10000 I\'d be considering it.
Also take a look at the 2004.5 Jetta GLI 1.8t (the one that comes from the factory with 18\" BBS RCs)...that car\'s pure hotness. I want one bad.

Acura dealers sucked. Naww... i don\'t wanna just get the TSX yet. I\'ll wait few more years and then see how it goes.
I test drove the Jetta 1.8T but i didn\'t really like the interior that much. Plus, i heard horror stories about realibility of that car.
:)
TSX is not worth the money, you add alot more then the RSX Type-S and yet you still have the same engine. I would never pay more money for a car to have the same engine as a lower coupe unless it came with I.C.E. in the headrests :D and on top of it all Insurance is a pain just for owning an Acura :sarc
Oh and I drove a hand me down 95 Plymouth Colt GL. Not those ugly boxed hatches, it was a red coupe.
The TSX and RSX-S don\'t share the same engine.
No it is not the same engine, i\'ll correct myself on that one but it\'s specs are quite close
a 200HP 2.4 litre DOHC with 166TQ
compared to...
a 210HP 2.0 litre DOHC with 143TQ

Still... RSX Type S has more horsepwer... and it\'s a helluva lot lighter than a TSX. It\'s cheaper too.
You\'re missing the point. The TSX has a much higher level of interior trim and has 4 doors. More torque too.
rsx_r04
10-16-2004, 04:24 AM
I seriously thought of getting the TSX. I test drove it a bunch of time, and oh boy, the ride is 100x better than RSX-S!
It also has VSA, traction control, 8 airbags, awesome stereo, and a wicked interior.
For me, the insurance increase is only $300 b/w Mazda3 ($2,250) and the TSX ($2590), but it is a $2,000 difference for RSX-S ($4,150) a year!
If you have a 2-door, the ins. co. will rape you.
Anyhow, i\'d much rather drive the TSX than the RSX-S, and i would much rather have a 3, than a TSX.
Simply \'cuz the 3 is a much better value.
Consider this:
If you have Mazda3, throw in a CAI, header, exhaust, Eibach Springs and you\'ve got a car which is lighter than TSX, and will trump the TSX in terms of acceleration. I\'m not too sure about handling though \'cuz the Acura has some great handling.
Anyhow, even after these mods, the 3 would be about $10,000 cheaper than TSX yet will be better than, or equal to TSX in terms of handling/acceleration.
:)

Oh and I drove a hand me down 95 Plymouth Colt GL. Not those ugly boxed hatches, it was a red coupe.
BTW, it\'s cheaper, way cheaper to insure the TSX than to insure RSX-S.
You\'re right though, after putting considerable amount of effort and energy into deciding what car to get, i\'ve come to realize that the TSX is not worth the money. But is definitely worth buying TSX over RSX-S. Simply \'cuz insurance will kill ya!

Corolla - handling like a go kart?! First time I ever heard \"go kart\" and \"Corolla\" being used in the same sentence. I\'ve driven 99 and 04 Corollas and they were they floatiest cars I\'ve ever driven. Especially the 04 - that thing felt extremely disconnected from the road.

Well I had it dropped about an 1 1/2 inches all around, TRD strut bar, lower profile tires and front/rear sways (300% stiffer rear and about 100% stiffer front). Maybe the word \"go Kart\" is a slight exaggeration, but it handled really well. They weren\'t the most costly upgrades, but the difference in handling was like day and night, but it was still slow.

My driving experiences are full w/ ZOOM-ZOOM!
1st car at 18 yrs old:
1991 MAZDA PROTEGE DX (I bought it at used, I forgot how I stand this car coz it has no A/C, no stereo, no POWER everything :D )
2nd car: 1991 MAZDA MPV V6 (Family car, it was actually a pretty good car, comfortable seating and powerful V6, except it was pretty costy on fuel!)
3rd car: 2001 MAZDA PROTEGE GT (my first owned-car, this car has pretty attractive options back in that time: 16\" alloy, 4 wheel disck brake, moonroof)
4th car: 2005 MAZDA 3 GT SPORT (I supposed had bought a MAZDA 6 V6 instead, but I found out that car wasn\'t MADE IN JAPAN, and also the 2nd hand price isn\'t that good as the 3)
1998: First car was a 1989 dodge colt....that was a right off barely 2 months into owning it
1998: Second car was a 1993 pontiac sunbird, so much rust and the engine had a terrible tick. She should have died years ago, but she just kept going and going and going. I actually got to trade her in for a small amount off my 3.
2004: Mazda 3 sport GT.

3. 2001 Nissan Pathfinder: ohter family car. Unfortunately got wrecked and was a write off last year :(

2005 -> Mazda 3 5-door
1st car I drove - dad\'s 1977 Chev Impala 350
1st car of my own - 1982 Olds Omega which was given to me. a few weeks after i had it, one day it just wouldn\'t start, so we kinda just had it towed. not really sure where it ended up
1st car of my own - 1984 Pontiac 6000 STE. I loved that car, 2.8 HO engine, fully fully loaded, and 4-wheel disc brakes...on an 84 !!!
2nd vehicle - 1988 Chev Shaggin-wagon, errr custom van ( gas was cheap then )
3rd vehicle - 1989 Mercury Cougar. the most comfy car i ever had, lotsa power too. Too bad i kept getting hit by quite a few morons. car was bad luck
4th car - 1995 Jetta. this piece of crap cost me more a month in repairs than my 3 does including insurance. i must say though, things worked well, upto about 100K.
5th car - 05 3 Sport 5-speed. so far so good, except for the LF power window, crappy AC, and not too good gas mileage.
last week, i did drive a buddy\'s new A3 tiptronic, with PADDLE SHIFTER. you believe that? but the gear changes were quick and smooth. also another friends 05 Mustang GT. Lotsa juice, but slushbox of a shifter.

My first car was a 1990 Z24. It had a 3-speed automatic and no A/C but I loved it anyway. The 3.1L V6 sounded amazing when you mashed the pedal, though the influence on the car's motion wasn't so dramatic.
I traded that in as soon as I finished school and landed a full time job. I got a 2000 Sunfire GT. I didn't do much to that car before writing it off 8 months after buying it.
I replaced that with a nearly identical 2001 Sunfire GT. That's the one I still have today.
Then I recently got the MS3.
I drove 2004 Chevy Optra for 3 years. That was my first car. Then I got the MS3 about 2 months ago. Man what an upgrade.

I thought this may be a fun thread and be interesting for people looking at new cars and hey ITS FRIDAY up your count!!!!!
Post all the cars you have owned in with 1 being the first car etc.
1. Nissan Pulsar, I think it was a 82. Peice of shit but I only paid $900.00 certified. Got a year out of and sold it for $300.00.
2. Toyota MR2 forget the year but this was a rocket! I loved this car, but it was more for fun being only a 2 seater. But still loved it.
3. 1989 GMC Tracker, another peice of shit. Don't know why I bought it, how ever one thing, it was suprisingly good in the snow. you could plow though snow banks and deep snow pretty well.
4. 1994 Ford Ranger, I did love this truck. It was good to me the entire time I owned it. Got ride of it becuase only a 2 seater and NO air.
5. 1989 Ponitac Sunfire GT (Loaded up). This too was a great car. Never had one issue with it at all ...and it was pretty quick.
6. 2002 Volkswagon Jetta TDI. Great car, great on fuel. The only issue id say is the interior was CHEAP!. Arm rest flopped around. The material on the arm arm rest was cheap and would wore very easily. Seats were not that comfortable on long trips.
7. 2002 Ford Windstar Sport - ****ING PIG on gas. Otherwise it wasn't that bad of a van. Nice to drive. Bought it when our son came thinking id need a big vehicle. And it was nice to have but I hated how much money I spent in gas. Not to mention, seemed to rust very easily.
8. 2007 Mazda 3 Sport GT - so far I love the car. Good on gas, very FUN to drive and very peppy. So far the only thing I complain about is the interior carpet seems cheap. But I love it!!!!!!!!

Was the Sunbird the 2L Turbo?
The first car I drove regularly was actually my dad's but it was practically mine for a few months. It was a POS late 80's Thunderbird that tried to kill me a couple times.
First car I bought was a 1990 Z24. I loved driving it, but got rid of it because it didn't have A/C and was a 3-speed automatic.
Then I got a 2000 Sunfire GT. That's when the modding bug caught me, though I didn't really do much to it before writing it off 8 months after I bought it.
I replaced it with a nearly identical 2001 model. That's the Sunfire I still have and it's been nothing but good to me.
Needing a less conspicuous and more practical daily driver, this year I got my MS3.

There is already a thread like this somewhere on here. I think Majic even combined it with another one back in the day
I love these kinda of threads.. fun to hear what everyone has driven before the 3, and their thoughts on it.. lol.
we've all had to drive pieces of shit back in the day!! :chuckle
1st Car - 1981 Pontiac 6000LE - Paid $400 for it, drove the shit out of it for a year before I cracked the block with 220,000kms on it
2nd Car - 1986 Ford Ranger - 5 speed.. was fun to boot around town in, but was gutless as hell.. I liked driving it in the snow with the rear wheel drive! Never gave me any problems.. but the heater stopped working at one point, and I had NO money to fix it.. so I froze all winter.. lol, and had to scrap the inside of the window.
3rd Car - 1989 Chevy Cavalier Z24 - V6 2.5L, 2 door. Loved this car.. was fast and loaded with all the power options. Cracked both heads on it though once, and spent $1500 to replace them. then it started to give me trouble though after 200,000kms, kept stalling and it was something electrical that would have cost way to much to diagnos, let alone fix
4th Car - 1999 Toyota Corolla VE Touring editing - my first BRAND new car, and the best car to date that I have ever owned as far as fun to drive, mod, great on gas and incredibly reliable.. never gave me any problems. It pained me to trade her in, and I miss the car still :(
5th Car - 2003 Toyota Rav4 - bought this as a second car with my now ex-fiance. Drove nice and was handy to have all that space to pack shit in.. but it was very bad on gas, and not fast at all. Full time AWD was nice in the winter though. Traded it in with the Corolla as well, for the Mazda 3
6th Car - 2007 Mazda 3 GS Sport - great car so far.. although I owned it for about 3hours before some dumb bitch rear ended me. Not a good start. All fixed now though.. and we're starting to build a relationship.. hopefully it will last a long time :chuckle

1. Big Wheel - kwel green paint job. The girls loved it in kindergarden
2. 1978 Honda Civic Hatch - girls didn't like it as much.
3. 1984 Mazda 626 - my first car with power everything.
4. 1983 Oldsmobile Cutless Supreme - I needed a car badly as the Mazda had died and was hungover when I made the deal so back off.
5. 1991 Acura Integra GS - I loved this car. Had if for 15 years without any problems. Age finally got the better of her.
6. My current Mazda 3. The love affair has begun again.

No, the next year it was a 3.1L version of the same engine. That's what I had in my 90 Z24. Then they changed the body style slightly in 91, getting rid of the silver skirts among other things.

1986-88: '83 Dodge Aspen. Used car my parents bought for me in high school
1989-92: '84 Olds Cutlass Ciera. Hand me down from my father. Nice car, hard to drive. Drove that in my last year of high school and first 2 years of university before it got totalled on a bad gravel road one summer.
1993: '90 Pontiac Grand Prix. My brother's car that I got to use for a summer.
1995-98: '95 Chevy Calvalier. First of the redesigned models. My first new car, and I still smile to think of it. Fun car to have. Teal!
1999-04: '96 Chevy Cavalier. Replacement to my '95 after some bozo T-boned my car. Never liked this one as much...had to get a used one with the insurance money and it didn't run as well.
2004-07: Chevy Malibu. Definition of a "car". As basic and bland as white bread on white rice in white kitchen of a white house with a white picket fence. Handling felt soft. Acceleration felt soft. Braking felt soft. This was the car that made me forget that I loved to drive.
2007-??: Mazda3. Love it. Finally remembered why I used to love to drive my Cavalier all around town.

Ahhh.... my old cars *tear*
1985 Buick Regal - learned to drive in this car when I was 13 and even got stopped ina parking lot by an officer.... at 6am... with my dad teaching me. Man was that funny "is your son old enough to be driving" (My dad) "nope he's 13 but I figured at least if he decided to steal the car he'd know how to drive" the officer laughed said good point and walked away. I burnt through 2 sets of tires and two transmissions doing burnouts to impress the girls!!
(Still have the car in my garage and am finally selling it)
1989 Plymouth Voyager Burgundy with wood panelling
My parents bought this van when I was 17 so it was used got it from a good family friend, man o man did I run this thing into the ground....
it was given to me when I was 19 as my first own car, I put a nice crack in the head, doing 160 km/h with 7 people in the van.... at this point I start modding the van put in a 3.0L mitsubishi v6 and turbo'd the van, we won't discuss the amount of money I put into this lemon.... between transmissions and replacing oil as it pissed out... but **** did I love this thing!! oh and the heater core died.... so I used one of those little defrosters that plug into the lighter !! I sold the van to my good friend for $500 when she was down on her luck and needed a car for her kids, plus I was getting my next car, still see the van around... and I know its mine cuz of the nail holding part of the license plate holder together... *tear* mand did I love that thing!!
1993 Honda Civic - 4dr (Too Fast Too Furious :chuckle)
Still have this car, it is a project car, pulled a motor swap putting in a D15b so I could start the "mini me turbo project" did headers, custom 2.5" mid piping, Vibrant street flow performance exhaust (for an integra gs-r), full compustar, short shift, upper front strut bar, rear lower tie bar, front lower tie bar, rear upper strut bar, civic type-R suspension, SiR rims painted gun metal, Vibrant SRI, full stereo system (now out of the car) Auto meter Phantom Gauges (voltmeter & Air/Fuel Ratio) .Stage 2 Clutch, rebuilt Tranny, lightened flywheel. Still take this car out as its sitting in storage, waiting to sell the buick (above) so I can put it in my garage, stopped driving this baby as I couldn't deal with being stopped by the police all the time(the weekend before I got my 3 I was pulled over 5 times), and I got my 3... I love my civic to no end.... and don't plan on getting rid of it anytime soon
2005 Mazda 3 GT w/GFX ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CAR and have already started modifying it and have big plans for the car!!

When I was learning to drive I had either the following to drive:
96 Saturn SL2 (riced up even before well the word riced up and the first fast and the furious was released....basically it had clear front bumper turn signal w/ blue bulbs, APC since they were the only ones who made hyperwhties at the time and even before a HID kit, I even got hyperwhite bulbs + the standard tape deck + cassette adapter for my portable Disc Man LOL!!)
- future plans was to get custom rear clear tails or alteza's tails frome a late 92 ish Prelude and custom fit them and an aluminum spolier, yet thank God somewhere in 00 i get rear ended and wrote the car off
The other car is a 1990 Dodge Caravan, identical pimpin styles as Broli, but it had red bulbs in the parking lights LOL + the 98 Interpreid Premium cd player + tape deck
oh god was i such a ricer....I am laughing my ass of just thinking about these old cars..
then after the rice was final done and over sort of...
my next tails was a 1997 Acura 1.6 EL..yet another trend starter, had the JDM thing going before JDM was even a trend, I had numerious suspenion setups on it and the car was dumped, I am retareted dumped like 2.75 front and 2.5 rear..
then I sold that and drive a the 06 Mazda3 Sport or nicknamed Fatso
that is all, god still cant get over I was such a ricer....oh wait I still sorta am

Now if Ford released another Tempo, I would gladly dump this Mazda 3 for it.
Guess you can tell I am not all that pleased with my 2005 Zoom Zoom.
Or could it be the sorry a$$ service that I have gotten from my selling dealer in Brampton.
Did try servicing it once at Mississauga Mazda and was not impressed with them either.

I learned to drive using our 1992 Mazda MPV; drove our 1994 Corolla to work; and learned to drive manual transmission on our 1992 240sx.
The MPV was barely used after the first five years, and had about 80,000 KM when it was traded in for the Mazda 3.
The Corolla has no acceleration and vibrates if going faster than 120km/hr, but it is still reliable.
I never liked the suspension in the 240sx. Handles real well though. PM if interested in purchasing it. It passed the emissions test two weeks ago.

I had a 1989 Dodge Colt turbo, it dynoed at 302whp and 315wtq and weighed 2300lbs. It was an awesomely fast car, it did the quarter mile in 12.7 @122mph which I was pleased with because I had set the car up for track days at Mosport and Shannonville.

Here are my previous cars:
1990 Mazda RX7 GXL
- loved this car. It was fun to drive, handled well, silky smooth motor . . . and best of all, it was reliable! Not a single problem with the rotary for the many years I had it.
1999.5 Audi A4 1.8T
- the interior was awesome. The stock motor was great, but left much to be desired in terms of power. Highly moddable engine . . . just never got around to it because it was plagued with motor issues and got rid of it before it really became a money pit.
1995 BMW e36
- my first "real" project car: M3 motor swap, M3 tranny, M3 suspension, and a tonne of other mods.
- fastest and best handling car I've ever driven. Ran the 1/4 in 14.1 and with the 3.91 LSD, could pretty much hang with most cars in the first few gears!
then, I got married :loco haha. buh-bye bimmer! hellooooo . . .
1991 Acura Integra GS
- umm, ya. it was good on gas.
2007 Mazda 3 GT Sport
- fun, fairly frugal, and practical. It'll do for now.
I'm lookin' to get back in a bimmer soon . . .
1978 Ford Fairmont I LOVED that car!!
1986 Ford Tempo Nice car but stupid choke was faulty
1989 Dodge Shadow NO Comment
1994 Ford Escort LX Nice little car. Brought my daughter home from the hospital :)
1991 Honda Accord EX-R BEST of the bunch
2007 Mazda 3 GS Leased, so technically not mine

That's the mark of a good car, never leaves you stranded.

From when I first started driving...
- 1999 I drove a '95 Honda Accord (Sister wrote off in a wreck sometime in 2002...)
- 2002 I drove a '98 Toyota Corolla (officially "owned" it in 2005..."sold" to sister in a family trade)
- 2007 I drove a '98 Toyota Camery (Got from Mom in above trade...later "sold" to sister once again)
- 2008 I bought a 2008.5 Mazda 3 Sport GT (First car "bought" and brand new)
Pretty minimal driving experience...but all the cars were pretty good while they lasted (Camery started to have problems which prompted me to get Mazda)

First car:
1985 BMW 325e
http://www.havokproductions.ca/e30/night3.JPG
Recently sold it, sort of regret not doing everything I wanted to it. Did the basics though, rims, paint, short shift, intake, exhaust, system
Second Car:
1992 Chevy Blazer
http://www.madwhips.com/upload/images/slammed_oldschool_blazer_2-568-426.jpg
Wanted to go all out with this, really it was a pile of cursed junk. (Stolen stock, broke down a bunch, brakes didn't like to work over 100 for awhile)
But I was willing to drop the coin. 5/6 drop, irocs, had a roll pan waiting to go in, viper 5000 alarm.
Went all out on my stereo with the help of my neighbor:
http://www.havokproductions.ca/blazer/system/finishedtrunk.jpg
http://www.havokproductions.ca/blazer/system/ampcoveropen.jpg
http://www.havokproductions.ca/blazer/system/system/consoleopen.jpg
http://www.havokproductions.ca/blazer/system/driverskick.jpg
Then someone went and stole all the stereo, writing it off in the process while I was at work.
So I left it here
http://www.havokproductions.ca/blazer/done.jpg
and bought my 3, which is below.
Really wish i still had my stereo.

I have wistful memories of my 1992 Acura Integra! Man that car was a BLAST to drive. You were so low to the ground and the handling was absolutely amazing even with crappy tires on 14 inch rims.
As much as a I love my Mazda I can honestly say my Integra handled better.
