How did you get that cheap!? I am pretty much the same stats as you, with the accident not a fault, and 2 speeding tickets and they want over $400!!

i just did one of the quick quotes online, and called the cheapest quote.
im not sure if its registered as a 20th, or just a plain GTI. either way, its insurance for what i paid for it.

my current insurance broker's (at the time) wanted $350.

also, for what it's worth, i was paying $150/month as a secondary driver on my '07 mazda3

WOW...at my highest with Johnson (pre-25) was $330/month.

Agreed... Meloche has one of the cheaper rates for those who have a less than perfect record.

No at faults and 1 major infraction still on record with no minors. $140/month for living in Toronto for 2010 GX with full replacement coverage.

No other company was willing to cover me due to my one major.

I'm under Meloche Monnex but just switched to them from RBC. I know when I was at RBC, after my first ticket, my premiums increased by about $5 per month

First ticket in April, premium increase of ~$8 per month. However, this is considering my commute to work increased 4 fold, and I kept the Replacement Cost coverage.

yes im with them right now...im paying cheap 2 way premium only 270$ per month....

I thought this was a decent rate until I started reading this thread! hmm...
