    Default Need exhaust advice

So I decided to get a exhaust the only question is do you think I will need a tune after I install the exahust?

I purchased the corksport exhaust but hearing Soyabeans Borla last night at the Brampton meet I might do a switch over to a borla exhaust

You have a 2010, the sound is different. Corksport is amazing on the 2010's. Just listen to Justin (mz3_kiyomi's) exhaust, its freaking awesome.

    you don't need a tune on a MS3 for a cat-back only...turbo-back (downpipe + cat-back), yes, like fywdyl posted.

you can't compare the cat-back exhaust sound on a regular 3 to an MS3.... the turbo and stock downpipe on the MS3 continues to mute the exhaust note somewhat. to make it louder, in addition to your Corksport, you'd need to get rid of the stock downpipe (including the 'test pipe' with the 2nd cat).

Oh, that's because of the headers and downpipe (which i think was a test pipe or a racing pipe). The corksport isn't that loud on it's own.

What he said. If you want to know what an exhaust sounds like you will need to hear it on a 2010 or 11 speed3

For myself I'm actually just looking at doing a race pipe with the stock exhaust I don't wan anything too crazy either and with our exhausts it should be pretty decent but when I think load it always brings me back to snots car. Ur straight pipe amazing sound.
