Passat's have larger tanks then the golf/gti's do. Guess he never took care of it that well if it started falling apart :s

i have one friend with a mk4 TDI, with a built motor and big turbo, making 180 hp, and 380 tq, and he still gets 1000 kms to a tank.
another friend just installed a $1200 injection pump on his mk3, and that thing just goes now, and lays carbon hahaha

...just came back from a nice short drive around the neighborhood.....

( pretty much no traffic and only had to worry about the parked cars and to stop fully at the stop signs because the cops here have nothing better to do so they come over to my subdivision because they know everyone here is from toronto and are prone to doing rolling stops.....)

Thankfully no.

Place was packed though. Guy in a corvette blew his engine, which closed both lanes for a good hour and a bit. Then some idiot dumped fluids all the way down the track resulting in one lane being closed for the remainder of the night. And they decided to close the staging lanes at 10:30..... :(

Oh yeah, you definitely feel the car holding boost and the shifts are much faster. I have it set at 5200RPM
