For Ethics its all BS, all the answer are like "Mr. X should not do that because he has an obligation to the public, blah blah", and reference the code of ethics. What I didn't know is they give you the Ethics and Misconduct pages on the exam so you just have to choose the one that matches, super easy. Like on the ethics one point will be "has an obligation to his co-worker".....then on the test the question will be "should Mr. X steal his co-workers plans"....then you just say the common sense bs and reference that point. Its all straight forward.


For Law, just go over the major cases, I believe I had about 12 memorized and that was more than enough. Law is def harder than ethics to bs, cause you have to specifically reference a case, if you forget the name of the case you can always bs like "there was a case, and it basically brought about blah blah"

You only have to pass 50% of both Law and Ethics, I studied about 2hrs a day for 2 weeks before. And every year previous had 5 questions on each part and you could answer 4 of them. For some reason which nobody was told was that the test in August had only 4 for each, so you had to answer each one, so a little harder than the previous years.

When I finished, since all the ethics questions/answers can be so vague and open ended I couldn't guess how I did, its all in the eyes of the marker. Law if you got the cases bang on you got full marks, so that was easy to tell if you did well or not on. I honestly left thinking "wtf I could have failed"....and it seems that was the general consensus. So don't kill yourself after thinking about it (they wait like 2 months to get the results out to you). The way I thought was I'm def smarter than half the people waiting here to write, so if everyone does bad, i'll ride the curve hahah GL!!

my phone lately has been acting up.... texting is iffy at best, and calling, well, thats just useless now.
i went to fido at the mall, they told me to call rogers, because im using a rogers phone.
so, i came home. called rogers. they reset the phone, were really helpful, but said that its most likely a fido service problem.
ok. so i call fido now. tell them my problem. they try "reseting my phone" again. ok. cool. they have me put my sim card in my old fido phone. i recieved a "test text". ok. cool. but im not recieving anything on my roger's phone. so, fido tells me to call sony ericsson.
alright, fine. i call sony. they tell me thats its a service problem, but if i want, i can send it in for repair, for the "broken mic" on it. (the mic works fine. i just dont recieve calls..).
then he tells me "your best bet is to call fido... :bang

Ahh...ya I had mine at Humber River....I waited 13 months to get mine done to make sure I had the best lol, Dr. Rick Zarnett, does all the Leafs, Argos, etc. Tell your dad to expect a long recovery, its def not easy. Hope he heals quick!!

but on the other hand, it takes it like a champ. besides the MAF wires breaking on my 2 summers ago, ive never had a problem with it. it's been a prett good car to me.

with the amount of homework i have, i have no idea how i'd be able to do both school and work.
