Tried googling the status code? I usually start there, look through 15 websites for help, get pissed off that nothing works and give up :P but once in a blue moon one of the fixes actually fixes it.

Installation...

First.. Make sure your computer is booting to your hard drive... Then:
My advice.. Create a red hat USB stick, boot to USB ... Mount your windows drive.. Backup your stuff... Run a hard drive checker from the manufacturers website and either reformat/ install or change out the hard drive before reformatting / reinstalling

Edit: or pay someone to fix it


Edit: looking again... First try ejecting any DVDs CDs whatever and unplug all USB devices other than keyboard and mouse... If that works.. You have some conflicting hardware my friend

C drive looks corrupt, will need to probably re-install Windows (I'm guessing it was XP or Vista?).

Put a windows CD in, select the computer to boot the cd first, run thought the installation to repair, or if you really want to never see this again do a fresh install which will wipe everything but nobody wants that.

the 400 NB is so effed now... stupid construction zone where no work is being done at all in the northbound lanes. All they did was paint the markings orange and changed the speed limit to 80 in a certain stretch of the nouthbound lanes. But traffic isnt going any faster than 70 when its usually fine in that stretch... the speed limit change screws it up since everyone starts hitting their brakes instead of gently letting off the gas...

Meanwhile they are doing construction in the southbound lanes blocking one lane ( actually getting stuff done)

It looks like Win7/8 but the above portion of the advice works. Failing that, get your hands on a copy of a LiveCD like Hirens or even BartPE and do a chkdsk.
